Serving Suggestions

This jam as well as the jelly is very flavorful and can be used for different dishes. For instance, serve it with cold cuts and cheese or add this luxury to your morning toast. It goes well with pork, chicken or duck. Make sure to give this recipe a try:

 

Quince Jam
Pork tenderloin baked with quince and cheese
you'll need:
- 6 oz pork tenderloin, cut in 2 medallions
- salt, pepper
- Quince jam
- 2 slices of Gruyère (Swiss) cheese


how to proceed:

- Season the meat with salt and pepper, then pan fry over medium heat on both sides until halfway cooked
- place meat in oven safe dish, top each medallion with a generous amount of jam
- add a slice of cheese on each and bake in the oven until cheese is evenly melted
- Remove and serve with your favorite side dishes
- Enjoy!
